Q? WHY CHOOSE KRAV MAGA?

A.

Krav Maga is the most effective self defence method for the real world. It is the official method of the IDF and is also used by many other law enforcement agencies worldwide.

It is simple and easy to learn as it is based on your body’s natural instincts and reactions. In Krav Maga we aim to hit vulnerable targets (points in the body which you cannot condition i.e. groin, eyes, nose etc) it is suitable for anyone and everyone regardless of size, strength, fitness levels, age or gender.

Q? WHY CHOOSE US?

A.

Krav Maga Uri Refaeli is the real deal. We are a direct relation to the origin and the creator of the method – Imi Lichtenfeld.

We set an example for others, to educate, teach and guide the next generation as well as exceeding students’ boundaries and personal goals.
